During lockdown I realized the value of life and I began feeding strays who were hungry at first there were 2 dogs that always sat in front of my house I fed them daily then I guess they brought their friends with them that 2 became 4 and those 4 became 8 and these dogs were the dogs who once lived in a farm and had food to eat but were abandoned by the new farm owner
I never expected anything in return but these dogs paid of their loyalty they’d guard my house at night even the slightest noise and they’d alert us I had 2 pet dogs of my own when I took them for a walk all of these 8 would follow us one of those dogs became pregnant and gave puppies at a different place we’d go there and feed her the puppies were so tiny and they didn’t have their eyes open but then the cyclone came so the mother couldn’t think of anyplace safer than my house
She carried all here puppies to my house and we kept them we fed all of them they grew in front of us they were so golu molu but people in my society were the villan to this story they’d abuse us beat those puppies so bought some bamboo and Tarapolin and made a shelter for them only me and my mom alone made a huge shelter for them at an empty place and we kept them there and we go there thrice a day feed them and play with them.
